Welcome to Still Processing—a space for real talk, deep reflection, and the messy, beautiful process of becoming.
I’ve been very open about my desire to quit working behind the chair and focus only on life coaching and creating this not-so-typical newsletter feels like a perfect segway between the two. The last few years of my life have shown me how much I value connection, an that’s exactly what this space is. It’s a place for connection, compassion, and conversation. One that grows as we process life together—affirmations, healing, self-trust, and the things that don’t always have easy answers.
💡 A Thought for This Week:
There’s no rush to “figure it all out.” Healing isn’t a straight line, and transformation doesn’t come with a finish line. So if you feel like you’re in between—still processing what’s next, still unraveling old stories, still rewriting your own rules—you’re not alone.
