For years, I believed no one actually liked celery — I thought it was just something you choked down because it was “good for you.” Over time, “eating celery” became my metaphor for doing hard things — the stuff that’s uncomfortable but necessary.
In this episode of “Still Processing…”, I’m sharing:
✅ Why trusting yourself can feel like eating celery
✅ How I used a sticky note (and even got a tattoo!) to build self-trust
✅ A simple practice to help you make confident decisions — even when it feels scary
💫 Affirmation for this week: "I trust that I have my best interest at heart. I trust myself, so I know I’ll be okay."
If you're learning to trust yourself more, this one's for you. 💛
📩 Let me know in the comments: Where are you learning to trust yourself right now?
